November 2007
Below are my recent and past labs totals as well as my person experience.  My blood
pressure in the past has stayed pretty much the same, for the past five years.  My first
month on the Cardio cocktail, my blood pressure went down to 145/85.  I have learned in
my research that high blood pressure is not a disease in itself but, rather, a symptom.
Ninety percent of the time high blood pressure is a
result of cardiovascular disease.  To
me the lowering of my blood pressure is the most important indicator that my body is
reversing any cardiovascular disease.

When, the Noble Prize in Medicine was awarded for the Nitric Oxide (NO) pathway and its
ability to assist the body in reversing heart disease, it was demonstrated that our bodies
could reverse cardiovascular disease at a minimum rate of ten percent per year.

MY CONCERN FOR THE MASSES:  Half of the people are in the same condition I was in
and, like me, had no idea they are in a life threatening situation.  I don't know anyone who
would play Russian Roulette that gives you a one in six change of dying when you pull the
trigger.  Half the people who die from a cardiovascular disease have no symptoms.  That
means that tens of thousands of people could have had a check up and still drop dead
from a cardiovascular event, without  symptom, most doctors will not risk the invasive
procedures needed to determine a person's conditions.  This is one of the most
important things in our goal for wellness that we need to be concerned about.  Don't wait,
get a screening and learn about your cardiovascular condition.  If, you are at risk, you can
help your body reverse that condition.  Let's all be good stewards of our bodies!!t,
My personal past & Present lab results
Tri's too high (VLDL)  Lab note: "The calculation for the VLDL cholesterol is not valid
when the Triglyceride level is >400."

Tri's too high (LDL) Lab note:  "The Triglyceride result is too high for an accurate LDL
cholesterol estimation."

glucose serum - My note:  I had eaten about two hours before the retake for my blood
sugar so the 176 is very good for me.  My daily fasting glucose serum is usually
between 85 and 110.

Blood pressure - My note:  My systolic blood pressure is usually about 135.  Years ago
they use to say that normal systolic blood pressure was 100 plus your age.  The
diastolic pressure was the most important as it was the pressure that was continuously
on the blood vessels at all times.

My personal experience

The year prior to taking Cardio Cocktail, I tried exercise and drinking lots of water which
did help some but, the numbers were still very high.  I thought that if I ate more meat
and fatty foods my blood sugar would be lower but, my blood sugar reading were still
in the mid to upper 200’s after waking up in the morning and not eating for twelve
hours.

Other things I experienced over the years while I had this high blood sugar I also had
numbness to my toes and a bluish color to my feet.  My ankles would be swollen most
of the time.  I could only sleep about an hour or two straight and would have frequent
urination.

On November 2nd, I started taking the Formor Cardio Cocktail, which is an arginine
product,  every morning and also in the evening.  I found that the Cardio cocktail raised
my blood sugar slightly so I substituted Argenix.  This Arginine product has no calories
so it did not raise my blood sugar.

About two weeks to the day when I took my blood test, my fasting blood sugar was
138.  This is not the best level but, I was told at one time that 140 is the limit for high
normal.  The very next day, my reading was 122, and then the next day it was 117 and
yet one more day it was 111.  This seemed to be too good to be true.  I thought, wow, it
really did reverse my previous blood sugar problem.  My blood sugar was still peaking
two hours after I ate around 245.  But, that had previously been over 300 and
sometiimes up to 400. I have since been eating more sensibly.  And now that I am
eating better and taking my cardio along with exercise my blood surgar is much better.
Since my last lab work, which showed the good cholesterol (HDL) was a little low, I am
going to apply the things I have learned that will raise my HDL.

  1. Aerobic exercise
  2. Lose weight.
  3. Stop smoking
  4. Cut out the trans fatty acids
  5. Limit Alcohol to one small glass of wine
  6. Increase the monounsaturated fats in your diet
  7. Add soluble fiber to your diet.

EXERCISE (For more detial on runner and exercise CLICK HERE)

I have been running since 1994.  I have run numerous races including the Marathon
and the 100th Boston Marathon in 1996.  Shortly after running the Boston, I tripped over
a chair and fell and hurt my hip.  That took about 4 months before I had recovered
enough to start running again.  I then got a bad case of poison ivy and was not able to
run for another 6 weeks.  By this time I had lost my running partner and didn't change
my eating habits so I started gaining weight and just got out of the habit of running.

I had not run since 1998.  I did some walking but, never could get back into it.  I had
gained about 55 pounds and decided I had better start running again but, by this time I
was much older and heavy again and could not get my weight low enough to run, not
even slowly.

After starting taking Cardio Cocktail in November of 2006, my walking times began to
be more productive and I was able to walk faster and longer.  By middle of February, I
was able to run a short distance for the first time.  I ran at a slow pace of 14:30 per
mile.  In the middle of November my times dropped down to 9:07 per mile and my
resting heart rate came down to about 47 bpm.  I am really feeling great these days. I
would not think of not taking my two to three ounces of Cardio everyday.  If you consider
taking Cardio, I always recommend, that you do as I did, discuss this with your doctor
to make sure there isn't any reason you should not take it.
